JIM ROMEO
Finance and Accounting
Jim brings over a decade of experience in fundraising, corporate finance, and operations to the Triten. Jim is responsible for all financial aspects of the firm, with a focus on funding the firm's business activities and growth. Over his career, he has advised on nearly four hundred million dollars of structured finance transactions, and has a deep understanding of and sensitivity to law firm needs.

Jim began his career in the Capital Markets, helping investment banks and hedge funds implement and deploy their high frequency trading strategies. Following his firm's acquisition, by the New York Stock Exchange for $220M, Jim founded his own software company where he raised over $2M in capital. In under 30 months, he grew his firm to 40 employees, serving a multi-national client base, and exited to a
Fortune 500 company. Immediately prior to joining Triten Law, Jim focused on financing solutions for plaintiff’s firms practicing in single event, mass tort and class action cases.
