Laurel Li Harris is an experienced mass tort and product liability attorney who represents individuals and families harmed by dangerous products, defective medical devices, and corporate negligence. With more than a decade of legal experience, she has helped clients across the country pursue justice in complex cases involving medical device injuries, pharmaceutical litigation, environmental contamination, toxic exposure, and catastrophic personal injury.

Licensed to practice law in Mississippi and Arkansas, Ms. Harris serves as attorney of record in cases nationwide, including major MultiDistrict Litigations (MDLs) in both federal and state courts. She has extensive experience in highprofile matters such as transvaginal mesh, PFAS contamination, talcum powder, 3M Combat Arms earplugs, and other largescale product liability and mass tort cases.
Ms. Harris understands that clients involved in mass tort and personal injury litigation are often navigating overwhelming medical, financial, and emotional challenges. She is known for her clear communication, compassionate guidance, and handson approach, ensuring clients understand their rights and feel supported at every stage of the legal process—from initial intake through settlement or resolution.

Ms. Harris has successfully negotiated multimilliondollar settlements, managed complex discovery requirements, overseen lien resolution and settlement distribution, and ensured strict compliance with MDL court orders and deadlines. She also regularly represents clients in mediations, depositions, and hearings, and has conducted preservation testimony for critically injured plaintiffs.

In addition to her litigation work, Ms. Harris is a recognized leader in the legal community. She has held numerous leadership positions with state and national triallawyer organizations. She has served as the President of the Mississippi Women Lawyers Association, The Mississippi Association for Justice Women’s Caucus, and New Lawyers Division. She serves on the Board of the Mississippi Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. Her dedication to advocacy and professionalism has earned her repeated honors.
